The VR-XL table is a fast and safe shoring system designed to reduce labor costs and formwork cycle time by working with assembled tables that only need a one-time assembly at the jobsite.  These tables are suitable for use on hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, hospitals and shopping centers that have large areas with regular geometries.

  • VR-XL table:
    • Dimensions: Tables up to 27 ft. in width and 60 ft. in length.
    • Customizable solutions able to cover an area up to 1,620 sq. ft.
    • The stringer 300 is a strong, yet lightweight aluminum, support beam.
    • Tables can be up to 17 ft. wide with 2-lines of support, and up to 27 ft. wide with a 3-lines of support.
  • VR-L table:
    • Dimensions: Tables up to 21 ft. in width and 40 ft. in length – 840 sq. ft.
    • MK-120 serves as the main beam of the table.
    • Tables can be up to 13’ wide with 2-lines of support, and up to 21’ wide with a 3-lines of support.
  • Plywood and ALUPROP post shores are used to infill areas between tables.
  • Fast assembly and stripping save time and minimizes on-site material requirements.
  • Assembled tables equal fast cycling – High efficiency and productivity.
  • Easy maneuvering provided by swivel wheels on dollies.
  • Flying table forms components can quickly be taken apart and used for other solutions.
  • Safety:
    • Tables require a one-time assembly, reducing the handling of components at great heights.
    • Built-in safety handrails provide a safer work area at the perimeter of the building.
